Company Announcement - Altrincham-based WRS plans to open four Global Recruitment ‘hubs’ after opening in Iraq. As part of their global expansion plans, Cheshire-based Worldwide Recruitment Solutions have opened a branch in Erbil, in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. Based in the UK, WRS is a global recruitment company servicing Oil & Gas, Marine, Mining and Power industries. After six years of consecutive growth (enjoying such accolades as the Sunday Times Top 100 companies to Work For (18th) and The Virgin Fast Track Top 100 (8th) ) the company has commenced implementation of a global expansion strategy which is focused on better supporting clients in key regions.
Mark Brown, Managing Director of WRS commented “after a sustained period of growth building our international capability from the UK, it was inevitable our journey would take the business overseas. Having recently gone through a program of investment to ensure our systems and processes are scalable and compliant [to operate globally], WRS is in good shape to implement its growth plans and better service and support clients throughout Africa, Asia, North America, and the Middle East”.
WRS are presently recruiting Regional and Country Managers for Singapore, Johannesburg, Houston and Abu Dhabi as they continue to develop their global footprint with four new office openings planned by the end of 2015. Each of the offices will operate as regional hubs to service Asia Pacific, Africa, North America and the Middle East respectively.
